LEVEL OF FAIRNESS

The level of fairness FFU-basic-beginner supposes that the food business operator:

• passed training on preparation for state inspections in accordance with the requirements of the unified act in the certain area, received a certificate (or other documentary evidence) from the trainer and the trainer approved the appropriate level of knowledge with his signature

• put activities in line with requirements of the unified act of the state inspection, including due to the services of engaged consultants

Areas for gaining fairness within FFU-basic-beginner level of fairness:

● Sanitary well-being

● Plant protection

● Plant quarantine

● Protection of consumer rights

● Metrology

● Seed production/Nursery

● Plant variety rights

● GMOs

● The influence of tobacco products

● Veterinary medicine

● Requirements for food, feed, animal health and welfare

Declaration rules for the FFU-basic-beginner level:

• The declaration of integrity is possible on the basis of a certificate issued by the trainer confirming the fact of passing the training on preparation for the state inspections.

• The declaration is valid during the period of validity of the certificate in as such a period is determined, and if the time of the certificate validity is not determined - in accordance with the degree of risk of the food business operator (2 years for high, 3 years for medium and 5 years for a low risk) from the date of submission of the declaration.

• Declaring integrity is possible at any time during the validity period of the declaration.

• Following the declaring, the name of the food business operator and a link to his certificate are appeared in the FFU:UA:B: register and remain there until the declaration expires.
