FFU-advanced-encounter

The level of fairness FFU-advanced-encounter supposes that the food business operator:

  • has passed the training on meeting the requirements of the chosen certification system, received documentary evidence of this from the trainer and the trainer certified the appropriate level of knowledge with his signature

  • or received consultations on implementation of the requirements of the chosen certification system, received documentary evidence of this from the consultant and the consultant confirmed the commitment of the food business operator to the conscientious fulfillment of the requirements of the chosen certification system with his signature

Declaration rules for the FFU-advanced-encounter level:

  • The declaration of integrity is possible on the basis of a document issued by the eligible specialist approving the passing of the training or receiving a consultation

  • The declaration is valid during the period of validity of the document in as such a period is determined, and if the time of the certificate validity is not determined - in accordance with the degree of risk of the food business operator (2 years for high, 3 years for medium and 5 years for a low risk).

  • Declaring integrity is possible at any time during the validity period of the declaration

  • Following the declaring, the name of the food business operator and a link to his certificate are appeared in the FFU:Int:E: register and remain there until the declaration expires
