LEVEL OF FAIRNESS

FFU-advanced-approved

The level of fairness FFU-advanced-approved supposes that the food business operator:

  • is certified according to the rules of the chosen certification system

  • the certification has been done by an eligible auditor who is accredited or licensed according to the rules of the chosen certification system

Certification systems to be chosen within FFU-advanced-approved level of fairness:

Declaration rules for the FFU-advanced-approved level:

  • Declaring of integrity is possible on the basis of a certificate issued by a duly accredited/licensed auditor that approves compliance with the requirements of the chosen certification system.

  • The declaration is valid during the period of validity of such a certificate, when such a period is determined, and in cases where the period of validity of the certificate is not established - during the period of periodicity of state inspections in accordance with the degree of risk of the market operator (2 years for high, 3 years for medium and 5 years for low degree of risk).

  • Declaring integrity is possible at any time during the validity of the certificate.

  • Following the declaring, the name of the food business operator and a link to his certificate are appeared in the FFU:Int:A: register and remain there until the declaration expires.
