Requirements for cluster participants:

  • commitment to the values ​​of protecting the rights of the food products consumers

  • fair attitude to the implementation of requirements for food products and the processes, packaging, storage, delivery, which are set forth by the current legislation of Ukraine (to the extent specified in the unified acts of state inspections in the directions for which such market operators are subject to inspection), acquis EU, standards and other normative documents

  • making maximum efforts to eliminate problems indicated by state control officials during state inspections, by specialists and organizations conducting audits in order to confirm compliance with the norms of international normative documents

  • zero level tolerance to to food falsification, improper activity of food business operators

  • zero level tolerance to falsification of services in the sphere of conformity assessment - trainings, consultations, audits, certification

  • willing to receive on-going information on updating requirements for food products, ways of their implementation, improvement of the control system for the safety and quality of food products

  • willing to raise the level of awareness due to participation in trainings and to improve the business activity due to involvement of consultants

  • strong intention to confirm safety and quality of business activity through certification provided by conformity assessment organizations and eligible individual auditors
