Privacy Policy for FFF Truckcheck  Effective Date: June 15, 2025

As the developer of FFF Truckcheck, I value your privacy and want to make it clear how your information is treated. This policy explains what information may be collected, when and how it's used, and your rights as a user. By using FFF Truckcheck, you agree to the terms described below.

Information I Collect

FFF Truckcheck does not require you to create an account, provide personal details, or sign in. I do not collect or store any personal information by default.

The only circumstance in which I may receive information about you is if you voluntarily contact me, such as via email for customer support. In that case, I will only use the information you provide (e.g., your email address or message contents) to respond to your inquiry.

Separately, some non-personal, anonymous data may be collected automatically by Apple’s operating system during normal app use. This may include:

• Device type and operating system version

• General usage patterns and crash reports (if you’ve opted in to share diagnostics with Apple)

I do not collect or access this data directly — Apple makes it available to me only in aggregate form to help identify bugs and improve app stability.

Use of Information

Any information you provide through customer support inquiries is used solely to:

• Respond to your questions or feedback

• Help improve the reliability and quality of FFF Truckcheck

Diagnostic or crash data available through Apple is used strictly for fixing issues and improving the overall experience.

Data Sharing

I do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any third parties.

If anonymized diagnostic data is reviewed (via Apple’s developer tools), it is handled in accordance with Apple’s privacy policies and never linked to your identity.

iCloud and CloudKit

If you choose to use iCloud features (such as sharing firehall data with others), your data is securely stored in your private iCloud account and optionally shared via Apple’s CloudKit system. Data Retention

I do not retain personal information unless you reach out to me. Support-related emails may be stored temporarily for follow-up, and deleted once resolved.

Data Security

I take reasonable precautions to safeguard any data you choose to share with me. That said, no digital system is entirely immune to risk. You are encouraged to protect your device with passcodes or biometric authentication and follow Apple’s security best practices.

Changes to This Policy

This policy may be updated to reflect future improvements, such as new features or account-based options. Any changes will be announced within the app or in app updates. You are encouraged to review this policy periodically.
