Following a booking an arrangement to view the event venue and to discuss other details will be made to enable us provide our clients with the right service requirement, as a result we would be requiring from our client as much information.; for example questions like type of event, date, time and duration, for food menu options, set-up and close-up time, for room decoration sitting plan arrangement, size and shape of table, number of guest, type of set-up requirement etc as we charge for setting up sitting plan / arrangement. Call out charge is £100. Added charge for travel over 5miles

Prior to contacting us for any further information/ quote /invoice we request that you pay £30 admin fee, this is non-refundable. unfortunately, we would not be able to provide further information unless the admin payment has been made. We recommend that you use individual quote price provided on items as a guide to sum up total for what you are looking to book. Payment can be made via our PayPal account fezsta.cs@gmail.com
Refundable deposit of £150 is required for equipment Hire, may be less depending on equipment requested, client to confirm with manager. Any equipment’s used for the purpose of room setup and decoration are deemed as hire deposit applies. Equipment’s are delivered in good condition, clean and in stacks. we expect Equipment’s to be in good condition, to be clean and stacked up ready for returns/ pick up, contrary to that clients will be charged for cleaning/ stack up/ delay in loading. should you require set up depending on the style we charge £50 per hour, should you require us to collect/stack up after your party we also charge £50 per hour.
Self- collection equipment to be returned in good and clean conditions contrary to that clients will be charged for cleaning. Deposits are refunded within 5 -10 working days of event once equipment returned has been certified no issues/ damage /lost, in cases where equipment is not clean, damage, broken or lost customer will be liable for cleaning/ damage / full replacement for damage or lost equipment. Equipment hire pickup and return terms. Example one day hire is set at 24 hours slot, for example if you pick up equipment 10.00am you will return equipment 10.00 am next day, contrary to that you will be charged.
Deposit can be made to confirm booking, however full payment a total cost for the equipment to be hired including the refundable deposit should reach our account no later than 5 working days prior to event date. For example, if total cost of equipment’s required is £100 total to pay will be £100 + £150 Total £250 (the £150 is refundable deposit) For example if Customer's Event date is scheduled for 20th of May, full payment to reach our account by 10th of May this is to allow for planning /confirmation, failure to do so means we cannot guaranty the booking.
