Fezsta catering specialises in Nigerian, Afro-Caribbean Cuisine and can prepare a variety of English dishes. We do plan along- side our client their required Menu which may include a variety of Vegan and Vegetarian dishes to ensure there is something for everyone. we prepare main meals and finger food.  Although Afro-Caribbean dishes are our speciality; our chef is a qualified caterer with many years of experience in food preparation and presentation. We do also supply and set up on clients demand pre-packed food from other food vendors.

Contact us for quote, our package for a three course meal for 10 people  inclusive of setup start from as little as £250  We charge £100 for call out, this  charge for 4 hours  out service. pending on location we may charge travel cost.

Some of our dishes may contain one or more of the listed food allergens do check with us.

Terms and Conditions

Fezsta offers free 5 mins phone chat, for any of our service clients are advised to read through information provided on our online page and make a decision before consulting us. We charge non refundable  £30 Admin fees for consultation / quote, upfront payment payable prior to consultation.  

£50 booking fees required for confirmation starts from date that payment is received. Booking fees will be added to final payment however any cancellation 50% booking fees will be lost plus any travel expenses relating to initial venue viewing and any travel cost relating to other meetings arranged by client.

1. Booking Notice 8- 12 Week is required to allow for other arrangement, minimum notice 6 Weeks. Food catering order or decoration  two weeks or less notice pending on availability can be accepted with a none refundable £50 late notice fees. Following a full contract 50% of late notice fee will be deducted from final price. Food Catering minimum order 20 people or £300 spend for our party package.

2.  80% of total cost for any service is required no later than 3 weeks to event date unless alternative written arrangement is made by manager, balance payment is to be made in full on product /goods / service delivery date it's none negotiable .  

3.  Venue viewing is a requirement and highly recommended for food catering, banquet set-up and room decoration. Travel cost applies for 0-5 miles £20, for any added mile cost  £2 a mile, money will be deducted from booking deposit, any balance will be refunded or deducted from total cost  where applicable. 

 4. Booking Cancellation made re food catering three weeks to event will lose 50% of total bill payment, Cancellation made within two weeks 70%, less than a week will lose full payment for food paid.  Booking cancellation re room decoration service two weeks or less to event will lose 50% of total bill payment and client will be liable for the cost of any items purchased for the purpose of decoration which may also in some cases include travel / postage cost.  Cancellation re entertainment service which may include kid’s entertainment or master of ceremony service will lose booking and viewing fees and 40% of payment fees cancellation made two weeks before event will also lose 50% of total bill. Pending on situation alternative arrangement can be agreed on pending on managers discretion. 

5. All aspect of catering equipment hire attracts additional  £100 refundable deposit. payment in full is to be made at the commencement of the hire. The refundable deposit is refunded  to client based on all equipment returned in good condition, on the agreed date,  items clean  unless alternative arrangement is made regarding cleaning and in writing.  

Equipment used for the purpose of room decoration is deemed as hired  and it remains the property of Fezsta catering at all times, all damages/shortage or breakages will be charged at full replacement cost. Deposit less cost of breakages or loss, will be returned once hired items has been checked, however if damaged/ broken or loss item cost is over the amount deposited customer will lose deposit and will be liable for the balance payment . Note: This terms applies to Fezsta catering equipment and  any equipment  hired via any external hire services,  customer will be informed should we require to use other hire service.

6. Fezsta will ensure to communicate any changes or agree alternative arrangement with client; cancellation may be required in some circumstances and deposit refunded.  Terms and condition applies. Fezsta can change the price to goods or services without the need to give prior notice.  Any discrepancy or complaints speak with manager.  We aim to do our best to resolve any matter that may arise, concession can be given in some circumstances, and it’s on Manager's discretion.  

Following a booking and deposit payment full terms and conditions document will be provided to our client.
