Weekly sentence and morning Assembly announcement
I assign students a weekly sentence during the morning assembly. This sentence is about conversations that they have daily. For example: “How are you”, and “What is your favorite food”. The main objective for doing this is to improve grammar, vocabulary, and writing skills
The radio program provides an engaging and interactive way for students to improve their English skills during their lunch break. It features a mix of news broadcasts from reliable sources like BBC Learning English and ICRT, followed by group discussions to practice listening and speaking. The program will also play English songs from various genres, offering students a fun way to learn new vocabulary through lyrics. Additionally, I sometimes invite students to join me and they share stories, discuss hobbies, and express their thoughts in English.
