My name is Mbali Beketele Mathabela. I was born and raised in the Kingdom of Eswatini. I am a qualified teacher from an accredited university and highly trained in the teaching profession. I have a bachelor's degree in Education from the University of Eswatini (UNESWA). I am very passionate about teaching. I love seeing my learners grow intellectually.
My teaching experience includes teaching religious studies and History for a year at Boyane High School. I have also taught English as a second language part-time to Indian kids who had just arrived in Eswatini. Teaching English as a second language at home made me recognize the difficulties of learning a new language.
My perspective on teaching is that the transmission of information between the learner and the teacher should be effective. Hence, when it comes to my teaching approach, I always ensure that I tailor every lesson to meet the needs of each student. I make sure I give them attention individually because I understand that they acquire information differently, some faster and some slower. My philosophy of teaching is that my role as a teacher is to guide all my learners on the right path and treat them equally because I believe individuals grow in an environment that is conducive and feels safe to learn.
