Hi Team,
FSF Miranda now has an online booking calendar.
The website hasn't been updated yet but the calendar is ready so if you do get any calls you can offer this location.
Important Notes:
All initial appointments with the nurse are via telehealth.
Please let me know if you have any questions.
Regards,
Rene
Local donor fee: now $1,650
International donor fee: now $2,650
Hi everyone,
I am beyond pleased to announce that, starting this Friday, our Victorian patients will have access to international donor eggs from Manor Baby through EEVE Donor Bank.
As of January 1st, VARTA is no longer operational, and the Victorian Department of Health has assumed responsibility for regulatory oversight. The Department has introduced a certification process that allows clinics to import and export donated gametes and embryos without prior approval.
To import international donor gametes, City Fertility must ensure that the donors meet all Victorian legislative and regulatory requirements. Importantly, the Department of Health has prohibited the importation of donor gametes from Ukraine.
Manor Baby, established in 2009, is a reputable Israel-based egg bank that sources donors from Ukraine and Georgia. However, in compliance with Victorian regulations, City Fertility will only facilitate the importation of Georgian donor eggs from Manor Baby.
Patients wanting to access Manor Baby donors will need to ensure that they are "Donor ready" before requesting a donor.
"Donor Ready" process:
Active Treatment plan
Completed City Fertility's registration
2 x implication counselling completed
Infectious disease screening
Semen assessment for sperm provider to ensure that sperm meet guarantee parameters
Superannuation for early release of funds completed (if applicable)
Fees
EEVE registration fee: $2000 upon reservation
Manor Baby fee: below
A link to an educational session will be sent shortly, covering the donor readiness process, reservation process, shipping details, and thawing protocols.
Stay tuned for international donor sperm imports!!!!
Hi Team,
Just a quick reminder about the FSF age cut off and a refresher on fees.
Anyone born in 1980 might be past or nearing the FSF age cut off. Please be careful when getting dates of birth to make sure we are only booking patients who meet the age requirement with FSF.
I have also outlined a fee guideline to help when quoting fees to FSF Patients.
These are still just an approximate guide.

Day Procedure Centre for EPU - $1350.00 ($1800.00 WA)

Hi Team,
Just some more info on FSF Non-Medicare patients.
As mentioned previously, patients will receive a quote from the clinic on the costs associated when they can't access Medicare, however if you are being pushed to give a guide you can advise the following:
$4880.00 + Medication and Hospital Fees.
Each location has different fees so it isn't an exact quote. Really the patient will be looking around $8000 for treatment with FSF if they don't have Medicare.
I hope this helps.
