Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, ensuring accuracy, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations. As an Accountant, you will play a key role in managing the company’s financial operations, assisting in budgeting, and preparing financial statements for internal and external reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements in accordance with company policies and applicable regulations.
General Ledger Management: Maintain and manage the general ledger, ensuring that all transactions are recorded properly.
Accounts Payable and Receivable: Oversee accounts payable and receivable functions, ensuring timely invoicing, collections, and payments.
Reconciliations: Perform regular bank and account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.
Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and periodic forecasts, providing analysis and insights as needed.
Tax Compliance: Prepare and file taxes (sales tax, payroll tax, income tax), ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
Audit Support: Assist in preparing for internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data and provide recommendations for cost control, efficiency improvements, and financial planning.
Record Keeping: Ensure that all financial records are filed and organized in accordance with legal and company requirements.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with accounting standards, laws, and regulations, and stay updated on changes in accounting practices and tax laws.
Ad-hoc Financial Tasks: Provide support for ad-hoc financial tasks or projects as needed by management.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum [5] years of experience in accounting or finance,
Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, WINGS or others), Microsoft Excel, and other financial tools.
Knowledge: Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations, and tax laws.
Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in financial recordkeeping.
Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyse financial data and provide actionable insights.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly and effectively.
Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining organization

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and reliable Scania Driver to operate our Scania truck for the efficient transportation of goods. The ideal candidate will have prior experience driving Scania trucks, a strong safety record, and a commitment to timely and accurate deliveries. As a Scania Driver, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth flow of operations and meeting delivery targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate Scania Trucks: Safely drive and operate Scania trucks for the transportation of goods, ensuring compliance with traffic laws and company policies.
Load and Unload: Assist with loading and unloading of goods, ensuring the safe handling and securing of cargo.
Route Planning and Navigation: Plan and follow efficient routes to ensure on-time deliveries, taking into account road conditions, weather, and other relevant factors.
Vehicle Maintenance and Inspection: Perform regular inspections of the truck, including checking tires, brakes, lights, and fluid levels. Report any maintenance or mechanical issues promptly.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate logs of deliveries, fuel consumption, mileage, and hours worked. Ensure compliance with company and legal regulations regarding driving hours and rest periods.
Customer Service: Provide professional and courteous service to clients, addressing any questions or concerns related to the delivery.
Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety regulations, including wearing seat belts, adhering to speed limits, and ensuring the safe transportation of goods.
Qualifications:
Proven Experience: Minimum [3] years of experience driving Scania trucks or similar heavy-duty vehicles.
Valid Driver’s License: A valid driver’s license with appropriate endorsements.
Knowledge of Scania Trucks: Familiarity with Scania vehicle operations, features, and maintenance.
Excellent Driving Record: A clean driving record with no history of major traffic violations or accidents.
Strong Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors, clients, and other team members.
Physical Fitness: Ability to handle physically demanding tasks such as loading and unloading, and long hours of driving.
Preferred Skills/Experience:
Familiarity with industry regulations related to logistics and transportation.
Basic mechanical knowledge for minor vehicle troubleshooting.
