Why Join the Legion?
The Legion is Canada’s largest organization dedicated to Veteran and community service. With over 1350 branches across Canada, our members are dedicated to supporting Veterans, strengthening their communities, and promoting the act of Remembrance.
Any Canadian citizen or citizen of an Allied nation who is 18 years or older is welcome to become a member of the Legion.
Our membership includes currently serving and retired members of the Canadian Armed Forces and the Royal Canadian Mounted Police, along with their family members, and others who are committed to serving Canada’s Veterans and their local communities, as well as supporting the mission of the Royal Canadian Legion.

President's Message:
At the Fernie Legion we pride ourselves on being an all-inclusive space where folks (19+) can come together and enjoy free shuffleboard, darts and pool (on the best tables in town). A safe space to come by yourself, and meet new friends.
Our friendly bar staff will remember your name, (we even have our own NORM!)
