Mental health support for individuals transitioning from incarceration back into community life. Services focus on emotional adjustment, coping with systemic barriers, rebuilding relationships, and developing stability during the reentry process.
Forensic mental health evaluations provide objective clinical insight into an individual’s mental health functioning, trauma exposure, and psychosocial history as it relates to legal matters. These evaluations may assist attorneys and courts in understanding psycho/social factors that may be relevant to a legal case.
Evaluations typically include structured clinical interviews, review of available records, and the preparation of a comprehensive written report outlining clinical findings, diagnostic impressions, and treatment considerations.
To maintain appropriate professional boundaries, individuals who receive forensic evaluations through Fenix Wellness will be referred to other qualified clinicians for any recommended ongoing treatment services.
Forensic evaluations are conducted for the purpose of providing objective clinical information for legal contexts and do not establish a therapeutic treatment relationship.

I provide structured, competency-based clinical supervision for Licensed Social Workers (LSWs) and clinicians working toward independent LCSW licensure in Illinois. Supervision is designed to strengthen clinical skills, deepen ethical decision-making, and support the development of a confident professional identity.
Drawing from extensive experience in mental health treatment, substance use disorders, forensic and court-involved cases, relationship systems, and social justice–informed practice, I offer a supportive yet rigorous learning environment. Supervision focuses on case conceptualization, treatment planning, evidence-based interventions, documentation standards, and ethical practice.
