All guests will be staying at the Neat Hotel Avenida. Located in the heart of Ponta Delgada on S. Miguel Island, with an innovative and unique style concept in the Azores Islands, the NEAT Hotel focuses on simplicity and hospitality in keeping with its welcoming destination.

The Neat Hotel Avenida is both young and hip but also professional and comfortable, reflecting the essence and the green of the Azores. The moss of Terra Nostra Garden reflected in the room design, the photo panels depicting the history of the Main Avenue of Ponta Delgada and, finally, the use of the basalt reflect the vibe of the Azores indoors.

Transfers
The Organization guarantee the transfer service between the airport and the university and between the hotel and the university. The service will be carried out by Azores Best Tours (Mr. Marco Rocha - 911 706 666). Airport pick-up and drop-off times depend on each speaker's flight hours (individualized information will be emailed). The transfer times between the hotel and the university will be as follows:

Lunches of the event will be served at the University Snack-Bar (September 26 & 27 at 1:00 p.m.). The dinners of the event will take place in two restaurants in Ponta Delgada, very close to Neat Hotel Avenida. Food restrictions are safeguarded, both restaurants have made alternative menus. The meeting point will be at the hotel reception at 7:45 p.m. on both days.
Lunches of the event will be served at the University Snack-Bar (September 26 & 27 at 1:00 p.m.). - Anfiteatro Restaurant (September, 25 at 8:00 p.m.): situated on the top floor of the building, spacious and with modern decoration, the restaurant offers both an unique view of the bay of Ponta Delgada and a unique journey through the contemporary cuisine of the Azores. The restaurant combine the creativity and technique of our chefs with our gastronomic tradition and the extraordinary richness of the Azorean products to create tasting menus that will surprise you.
