HMO Cash Conversion Program

The HMO Cash Conversion Program (HMO-CC) is a complementary benefit for qualified employees who are unable to maximize their HMO dependent allocation due to the absence of eligible dependents or when their dependents are already covered under another HMO plan from an external provider . Subject to approval and program guidelines, the benefit may be converted into reimbursable healthcare expenses.
