HMO PORTAL
The AGORA APP is a user-friendly application that enables members to access their personal HMO accounts, view and use their e-card as a physical card, monitor utilization, process reimbursements, facilitate LOA requests, and browse accredited Intellicare doctors and facilities, among other features.
The ERCS web portal offers a streamlined and efficient process for Intellicare LOA approval, allowing members to manage it personally. This system is designed to minimize waiting times for OPD procedures, such as consultations and basic diagnostic services.
Both TelAventusMD and Medgate Philippines provide 24/7 teleconsultation services, primarily focusing on non-emergency, primary care, and specialized medical advice, aimed at easing hospital congestion and providing convenient, accessible healthcare.
Intellicare Delights is a perks and discount program for Intellicare members, offering exclusive deals on optical, beauty, wellness, and dining services through partnerships. Although Dr. Japhet is not an Intellicare-accredited physician, minor laboratory procedures he requests may still be considered for HMO coverage through the Internal LOA process. This arrangement is limited to principal members only and select Aventus Clinic branches; coverage is subject to the applicable HMO benefits and approval.
An Internal LOA must be secured before your clinic visit.

Can I have a list of accredited providers of our current HMO?
Visit the Agora App/Web for the most up-to-date provider list or contact the facility directly to verify accreditation and availability.
For dental clinics, securing a prior appointment and personally coordinating with the clinic is highly recommended.
How to replace my physical card?
Option 1: PHYSICAL CARD REPLACEMENT
- Settle the ₱300 replacement fee directly to Intellicare.
- Send HR a screenshot of the successful payment.
- HR will endorse your request to Intellicare for processing.
- Wait for card release. We will update you once available.
Option 2: ELECTRONIC CARD, E-Card (Recommended)
- Register at: https://www.intellicare.com.ph/agora/register
- Access your HMO e-card through the Agora app.
- Present the e-card together with a valid government-issued ID when availing of HMO benefits.
Who can I enroll as my dependent?

Can I enroll more dependents than what I am eligible for if I am willing to pay for them?

Unfortunately, NO. Dependent enrollment is limited to the number of dependents specified under the Company's HMO benefit program, and additional dependents cannot be enrolled beyond the approved entitlement, even on a self-paying basis.If you wish to obtain healthcare coverage for other family members, you may explore and enroll with another HMO provider based on your preferred coverage and budget. Please note that such arrangements shall be under your personal account and responsibility.The Company, its Management, Personnel, and the HMO provider under the corporate plan shall not be held liable for any concerns, disputes, claims, or obligations arising from these separately acquired healthcare plans.
