PEMOSATS
We assess the skills of our fellows through PEMOSATS (pediatric emergency medicine objective structured assessment of technical skills). These "quizzes" are expected to be completed while an attending or senior fellow observe you performing the procedure. Some of these procedures are expected to be completed during clinical shifts and some will be completed during simulated exercises. Feel free to complete any of these during clinical shifts should the opportunity arise.
