Family means so many different things to different people. To me, family is important. We spend a lot of time together as a family of three and with extended family. We travel, spend much of our time outdoors and make sure our holidays are together. I know for others, families are hard, broken and far away! I pray you find your "family" who ever that may include! I have some amazing friends I consider family as well.

During the pandemic when so many things were closed, then slow to reopen, I decided to become the guys hair stylist! Though my husband gave up on me quickly, my son is a big fan of not going somewhere to get his hair cut! Here is what I used:

I'm not sure he'll ever go back to a salon. Ha! I learned a few tricks from my hairdresser over the years. I take the hair I am cutting between my pointer and middle finger, right off the scalp. Anything sticking out gets cut. You cut at an angle to avoid those bad crooked lines! And cut parallel to the hair, not perpendicular. If that makes sense. So far, no complaints.
