Blackstone Griddle

This Blackstone Griddle will change the way you cook! It's available in 28" and 36" on Amazon (click the size for the link). We actually tried both sizes (long story) and agree- the 28" is perfect for a family of 1-4. We decided we wanted to 36" for company and large cooking. They are a great addition to outdoor cooking and very versatile! I am sharing some videos we watched after purchasing. I'll also share some recipes and ways we love to use ours.

How to Season Your Griddle

Hibachi- this is long but he's so fun, you grow to love him! And, you can fast forward a few times! You won't regret it.

Fajitas- Quick and fun! We add steak strips to our chicken.

What do we cook?

BACON- who doesn't love bacon? And who wants the pre-cooked pop in the microwave when you can have real bacon? We cook 3lbs-5lbs. at a time. Let it cool, bag it, in the frig and ready when you need it! It will also freeze cooked. We eat a lot of bacon in our house so we eat about 2lbs a week!

HIBACHI- see above video. A family favorite.

PORK CHOPS- The griddle is a great way to cook boneless pork chops! We do these a lot when we have guest because you can do a lot of them. Put some sweet potatoes in the oven and dinner is served.
