2023年11月4日，由能源与环境协同创新研究团队（TIERS）、能源金融联盟、碳中和与气候金融实验室承办，国家自然科学基金青年项目（项目号：72103171）支持的“多重不确定性条件下的国际能源市场风险测度与机理分析”研讨会在西南财经大学经济与管理研究院成功举办。西南财经大学张大永教授，中国科学院科技战略咨询研究院姬强研究员，西南财经大学吴菲副研究员，来自首都经济贸易大学、四川农业大学、南京航空航天大学、南京审计大学、湖南大学、浙江财经大学、广西大学等高校的专家学者，以及十余名硕士和博士研究生参加研讨会。

On November 4, 2023, the workshop on "International Energy Market Risk Assessment and Analysis under Multiple Uncertainties" was successfully held at the Research Institute of Economics and Management of Southwest University of Finance and Economics, Chengdu, China.  The event was organized by the Team for Integrated Energy and Environmental Research Studies (TIERS), the Energy Finance Network, and the Laboratory for Carbon Neutrality and Climate Finance. The seminar received support from the National Natural Science Foundation of China's Youth Project (Project Number: 72103171).

The participants included Professor Zhang Dayong from Southwest University of Finance and Economics, Researcher Ji Qiang from the Institute of Science and Development of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, Associate Professor Fei Wu from Southwest University of Finance and Economics, as well as experts and scholars from Capital University of Economics and Business, Sichuan Agricultural University, Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, Nanjing Audit University, Hunan University, Zhejiang University of Finance and Economics, Guangxi University, and other universities. Several postgraduate and doctoral students participated in the workshop.

国家自然科学基金委员会管理学部于2023年10月24-26日在陕西西安召开了“2021年度经济科学学科青年基金项目交流会”，会议由西安建筑科技大学承办。我在会上就主持并在研的《多重不确定性条件下的国际能源市场风险测度与机理分析》项目进行了学术汇报交流。

The Division of Social and Economic Sciences of the National Science Foundation of China (NSFC) held the "2021 Annual Conference for Young Scientist Fund Projects in Economic Sciences" in Xi'an, Shaanxi from 24 to 26 October 2023. The conference was hosted by Xi'an University of Architecture and Technology. I presented my project titled  "International Energy Market Risk Assessment and Analysis under Multiple Uncertainties" at the conference.

The 2021 International Conference on Climate and Energy Finance: Pathways to carbon-neutral: Opportunities and challenges for climate and energy finance, sponsored by Xiamen University (School of Management, China Institute for Studies in Energy Policy), Collaborative Innovation Center for Energy Economics and Energy Policy, Society for the Studies of Climate Finance and China Energy Finance Network in conjunction with several international journals, was held on 24-25 April 2021 in Xiamen, China.
