You may upload or provide audio recordings, files, text, or other content to FeiGe Transcription for processing.
You retain any rights you lawfully hold in the content you provide.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that you have all necessary rights, permissions, and consents to upload, record, transcribe, process, store, or otherwise use such content.
You must not upload or process content that:
Violates applicable laws or regulations
Infringes intellectual property rights
Violates privacy, confidentiality, or publicity rights
Contains unlawfully obtained recordings
Contains malicious code or harmful material
Is intended to abuse, disrupt, or interfere with the service
Laws governing audio recording and transcription may vary by location.
You are responsible for determining whether notice, permission, or consent is required before recording, uploading, or transcribing conversations involving other individuals.
You must obtain any consent required by applicable law before using FeiGe Transcription to process a recording.
FeiGe Transcription does not authorize users to secretly or unlawfully record other individuals.
FeiGe Transcription uses automated technologies, including artificial intelligence and speech recognition, to generate transcription results.
Transcriptions may contain errors, omissions, incorrect speaker identification, punctuation errors, or other inaccuracies.
Accuracy may be affected by factors including:

Speaking speed

The applicable price, billing period, subscription duration, and included features will be displayed before purchase.
Purchases made through the App Store are processed through the user's Apple Account and are subject to the applicable App Store billing terms.

FeiGe Transcription and its software, interface, design, graphics, branding, technology, and related materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, reproduce, distribute, sell, license, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit any proprietary portion of the service.
These Terms do not transfer ownership of FeiGe Transcription or its underlying technology to you.
FeiGe Transcription may rely on third-party services to provide certain functionality, including cloud infrastructure, artificial intelligence processing, speech recognition, analytics, storage, or payment processing.
Use of certain third-party services may be subject to additional terms or privacy practices established by those providers.
We may modify, improve, update, suspend, or discontinue certain features of FeiGe Transcription when reasonably necessary.
We do not guarantee that the service will always be available without interruption, delay, technical failure, or error.

We do not guarantee that:
Transcriptions will always be accurate or complete
The service will always operate without interruption
All audio formats or languages will be supported
The service will meet every user's specific requirements
Generated content will be suitable for professional, legal, medical, financial, or other specialized purposes
Users should independently verify any information where accuracy is important.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from the use of or inability to use FeiGe Transcription.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
We may update these Terms when reasonably necessary to reflect changes to our services, technology, business practices, or legal requirements.
Continued use of FeiGe Transcription after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms where permitted by applicable law.
You may stop using FeiGe Transcription at any time.

Any provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain effective after termination.
