1. Acceptance of Terms By downloading or using Feeling Vault ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
2. Medical Disclaimer Feeling Vault is designed to help you track your moods and journal your thoughts for personal awareness. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or psychiatric treatment. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a qualified healthcare provider or emergency services immediately.
3. Privacy & Data Storage We believe your data is your own. Feeling Vault uses local, on-device storage. We do not store your journal entries or mood data on our servers. Your data may be backed up to your personal cloud services (like Apple iCloud) depending on your device settings. For more details, please review our Privacy Policy.
4. Premium Subscriptions & Billing Feeling Vault offers optional auto-renewing subscriptions ("Premium Insights") to unlock advanced charts and historical data. By selecting a subscription, you agree to the following terms required by Apple:
Payment: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase.
Auto-Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Renewal Charges: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, and the cost of the renewal will be identified.
Managing Subscriptions: You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal by going to your App Store Account Settings after purchase.
Free Trials: Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription to that publication, where applicable.
5. Intellectual Property While you retain complete ownership of all the text and data you input into your journal, the design, code, Feeling Wheel interface, and original assets of the Feeling Vault app are the intellectual property of Calibrated Ideas / David John Southworth.
6. Limitation of Liability Feeling Vault is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any data loss that occurs if your device is lost, broken, or if you delete the app without an active device backup.
