Christopher Fallis

         Christopher "Chrif" Fallis is a Federation Politician and Founding Father who is best known as the 9th President of the United Federation of Paper Planes. A Founding Father of the Federation who had largely faded from public life before running, he was elected by the slimmest ever margin of just 51% of the vote, and is regarded as one of the Federation's best Presidents. He frequently shared power with his Vice-President, Ethan Moehr, who is also considered a prominent Federation Politician. Fallis was a born Canadian and American dual citizen. 

      During his first month in office he largely continued Nicholas Lapord's administrative policies, working with leaders in a bi-partisan manner to continue economic growth. Fallis continued to work with Despa and Valentino to increase the ties in SPATO and continued to work for the betterment of the alliance. He worked to resolve many border disputes with the nations neighboring the Federation, most notably ending the Eastside Crisis, and began to put older and less effective planes into reserve divisions.

       In the second month in his term, the United Federation was attacked by an international alliance called the Broalition, starting the First Great Prairie War. Taking command of the fleet and calling an emergency session of the Legislature, President Fallis began to push against their overwhelming advance. With his allies in SPATO he eventually led the Federation to a hard-won victory. The last few weeks of his presidency was largely relaxed, as he worked on economic upkeep, and he did not seek a second term as President, shocking his own party and the nation at large.

        Chris Fallis has seen major criticism for his time as President, specifically his (mostly rare or false) gaffes and inappropriate Jokes about a "dictatorship." He also faces criticism for initially running as a joke candidate, however most of this criticism subsided after his tenure as he had proven that he could lead well. He is regarded by the Republicats-Pacifist Coalition as their Reagan, and his policies are often still the basis of RPC Candidates today. In the Union Party views are mixed - most focus on his wartime record and his continuation of economic growth as at least worthy of respect, however some critics say that his economic policies were largely copies of Nicholas Lapord's. The tenure of Christopher Fallis is a culturally-recognized comeback story by many in the Federation. 

Christopher Fallis is, after much deliberation among historians and the general populace, is now widely considered one of the Federation's best Presidents. 

PResidency

      As President of the United Federation, Christopher worked to further expand upon the policies of the Lapord Administration, continuing economic growth and military modernization. He ordered the construction of new aircraft after the creation of the Whirlwind, ordering them for the Federation along with the Intrepid-class Light Cruisers, and starting work on the Oskaloosa-class Heavy Cruiser, but the first ship would be commissioned under his successor, Jacob Eiden. 

       After the outbreak of the Great Prairie War, President Fallis immediately mobilized the Federation Fleet, but due to the overwhelming size of the enemy advance, the fleet failed to hold the line at the Siege of Centralia and the Schwartz Line. However, assistance from the Republic of Despa, Valentino, Dauntless, and eventually others led to the Federation halting the advance. In coordination with Valentinian President Damask, the Federation launched a counterstrike, pushing through the Catopian and Rydonian Rap City regions of the UNSC and into the south of the NSE. With President Fallis personally commanding the Union Fleet at the climactic Battle of E House, the Federation won a stunning victory, forcing the Broalition to capitulate. 

       At the start of his last month as President, he announced that he would not seek another term.

      While initially regarded as a danger to the Fed upon is election, Chris Fallis grew to become a truly great leader in the Federation. Within the Pacifist Party and Republicats Party he is considered the Reagan of their party, and is remembered as a surprising Leader through difficult times.
