Classes

  • Barre- a hybrid workout class-combining ballet inspired moves with elements of Pilates, dance, yoga, and strength training. It's a low impact workout so it's great for beginners or people with injuries.
  • Barre Express- 30 minute class barre workout designed to get your heart rate up with more compound movements and less isometric holds.
  • Barre less- Ballet Aerobics is a 30 min cardio workout that focuses more on balance and your core.
  • Cardio Dance- Full-body aerobic workout that tones and shapes your muscles through high-and low-impact movements.
  • Dance Fitness-This class is the perfect class for beginner to advanced. The steps are taught prior to doing the dance. You will torch calories all while having fun dancing to different genres of music.
  • Hot Yoga-the practice of vinyasa yoga in a heated room. The room is heated to 85-90 degrees to help students open up the body faster and go deeper into the poses. The heat detoxes the body, so drinking plenty of water the day before is important. This class is all levels, but try non-heated yoga class when a beginner to ensure your safety.
  • Meditation- Every week will be different with silent to guided meditations.
  • Prenatal Yoga- a style that helps strengthen and stretch birthing muscles groups getting you ready for labor. During the class, breathing techniques will be taught to help soothe and calm you during pregnancy months and intense labor. This class is also available for women trying to get pregnant or that are postpartum (6 weeks and released by doctor).
  • Restorative Yoga-is slow class to help open the body with passive stretches. The poses can be held anywhere from two to twenty minutes. This class relies on many yoga props to make the posture more comfortable. The goal of the class is to help you slow down, relax, and restore your body.
  • Slow-Flow Yoga- this class will help you find the space between poses while still retaining the gentle rhythm of a flow yoga class.
  • Storytime Yoga- Fun class for kids and parents. The instructor will read the book and incorporate yoga moves, props, and toys into the class. Fun for the whole family.
  • Vinyasa Yoga- the focus of breath work while flowing in and out of yoga postures. This class starts with breathing exercises, flows to warm the body up, peak postures for the class and ending with cool down stretches into the final resting pose, Savasana. This class is available for beginner levels with many modifications and advanced practitioners with added challenges.
  • Yin Yoga-slower paced class that holds certain yoga postures for longer periods of time. The poses are held anywhere between two to five minutes long. Poses are held to go deep into the fascia to improve joint health, flexibility, circulation and mental focus. This class is great for beginners and advanced yogis.
  • Yoga 101- this class is for those that maybe new to yoga or haven't practiced in awhile and need a refresher. This class is perfect for the beginner.
  • Yoga Trapeze- An aerial style yoga that will help with strength, balance, flexibility, as well as back and neck pain. It's a fun, but challenging workout that uses traction poses to help you feel more lithe.

Massage and Bodywork

  • Cupping- a modern adaptation of the ancient art of cupping therapy. While massage performed by applying pressure, cupping instead uses negative pressure to pull, lift, open and expand the body's soft tissue.
  • Hot Stone- a specialty massage in which the therapist uses smooth, heated stones as an extension of her own hands and positioned at key points of the body.
  • Integrative- a personalized session involving a wide blend of massage modalities. Sessions are customized by adapting pressure, techniques, and areas of focus to fit the client's individual needs.
  • Prenatal Massage- tailored specifically to the needs of pregnant women and their changing bodies. Focus is on relieving the bodily aches, and pains of pregnancy while calming mom's nerves and promoting optimal fetal positioning.
  • Reiki- a form of alternative therapy commonly referred to as energy healing. Certain practitioners never lay a hand on the person receiving while others do with a very light touch.
