FGC members serve as Manager of the Month (MOM) on a rotational basis for club play on Tuesdays and Thursdays. For each outing the MOM serves as the administrative hub, relaying assigned groupings the day prior, communicating on the day of play, and distributing winnings from previous outings. Results are posted on the EZ Golf app for each outing, and prizes funded through players contributing $5 prior to the round being played, collected by the MOM. While the role of MOM sounds stressful most members agree it is easily managed, and the best way to get to know the group well.
