Registration

To register, please fill in the form below. There is no participation fee.
Please make sure that every co-author who intends to participate has registered.

If you intend to bring an accompanying person to the conference dinner, please register them as well. Just enter `accompanying person' in the Affiliation field.

The cost of the dinner (200 PLN) must be covered by the participants, who will be asked to pay in cash directly at the conference venue.
