Wrocław has an international airport with good connections to most European countries; direct train connections are available from Berlin (295 km), Prague (217 km), Kraków (236 km) and Warsaw (301 km).
You can get from the railway station and the airport to the University of Wrocław by public transport (airport – UWr: 50 minutes, railway station – UWr: 10 minutes). From the airport, take line 106 during the day (departures every 15 minutes) or line 206 during the night (departures every 60 minutes), going to the railway station.
Ticket machines are found inside every bus and tram, payment only via bank card; the tickets will be saved on the card (you will not get a paper version). To get to Katedra Judaistyki UWr from the railway or bus station (they are next to each other), you need to take lines 8, 9, 23 – during the day; 241, 251, 259 – at night.
