Gamified eLearning PPT

Gamification is a powerful tool in eLearning, integrating play and competition to boost engagement and knowledge retention. By tapping into our natural desire for achievement, it transforms learning into an interactive and motivating experience, turning learners into active participants for more effective learning outcomes.

• Topic: Health and wellness training

• KPIs: Reduce sick days, improve mood, boost morale, reduce workplace conflict

• Audience: Employees of a small to midsize corporation

• Team: Collaborative multidisciplinary team of 5 instructional designers from 3 different companies

• AI Tools Used: ArtBreeder, Midjourney, Ready Player Me, and Stable Diffusion

• Technologies Used: Canva, PPT

• Year: August 2022-August 2023

• Future Plans: include a K-12 version for children and teens, which will have more animated, cartoon characters appropriate for that audience
