Welcome to FCD LAB!

We aim to develop novel and innovative electronic devices for future computing platforms. Our group pursues multidisciplinary research within material science, electrical engineering, and computing science. The current focus is to develop novel electronic devices for in-memory computing, neuromorphic computing, and other unconventional computing systems. Conventional memory devices or logic devices are also studied actively in our group.  

저희 그룹은 미래 컴퓨팅 기술의 효율성, 속도를 향상 시키기 위한 새로운 반도체 소자를 연구하고 있습니다. 재료공학, 전자공학, 컴퓨터공학 등 다양한 학문을 기반으로 새로운 반도체 소자를 개발하고 있으며, 현재는 인메모리 컴퓨팅, 뉴로모픽 컴퓨팅, 그리고 확률적 컴퓨팅 등 다양한 비전통적 컴퓨팅을 위한 반도체 소자에 집중하고 있습니다. 뿐만 아니라 기본적인 메모리, 로직 반도체 소자 연구도 활발히 연구하고 있습니다. 

미래 컴퓨팅 패러다임을 바꿀 수 있는 새로운 반도체 소자를 개발하고 싶은 분들의 많은 관심 바랍니다.
