This hybrid in-person and online weekly home men's dinner/study group is first and foremost dedicated to listening to and supporting each other without fear of reprisal or judgment. Then, it's a "thinking person's" in-depth study where we use a somewhat scholarly exploration of scripture to interpret and apply biblical insights to our own lives and to being the church today. This online weekly zoom movie discussion group is devoted to watching and discussing movies and short documentaries that allow us to examine racism and white supremacy from various points of view. Book and Wine Group
This group is open to anyone who would like to read and talk about books with a group of church people who also like to enjoy a good glass of wine (or a delicious beverage of your choice). It's ok if you can't make it every week, we take books a few chapters at a time, so it's easy to catch up. We meet weekly on Mondays, 6-8 pm at Pastor Mandye's home . We are currently studying Atlas of the Heart by Brené Brown. Bring your curiosity and favorite snack to share.
