Nathaniel Williams is the Founder of the Foster Care Alumni of America – Wyoming Chapter (FCAA WY Chapter), launched on May 10, 2025. As a former foster youth, Nathaniel is passionate about creating a community where alumni of care can connect, heal, and lead. He started the Wyoming Chapter to give voice to those with lived experience and to build a support network across the state. Nathaniel is currently leading efforts to establish the chapter as an official nonprofit, grow membership, and launch programs that empower foster care alumni to thrive beyond the system.
Elliott Orrin Hinkle (they/them) is the Co-Founder of the Foster Care Alumni of America – Wyoming Chapter (FCAA WY Chapter) and the Founder of Unicorn Solutions LLC. As a nationally recognized consultant, trainer, facilitator, and advocate with lived experience in foster care, Elliott is dedicated to elevating the voices of children, youth, families, and foster care alumni. As Co-Founder of the FCAA WY Chapter, they work alongside Nathaniel Williams to strengthen Wyoming's foster care alumni community, expand opportunities for connection and advocacy, and build a statewide network where alumni can heal, connect, and thrive.
Tyler Sullivan is the Co-Founder of the Foster Care Alumni of America – Wyoming Chapter (FCAA WY Chapter), launched on May 10, 2025. As a former foster youth and juvenile justice advocate, Tyler is passionate about ensuring that young people with lived experience have a voice in shaping the systems that impact their lives. He is committed to creating opportunities for foster care alumni to connect, heal, and become leaders in their communities. Through the Wyoming Chapter, Tyler is helping build a statewide network of support, expand membership, and develop programs that empower foster care alumni and justice-involved youth to thrive beyond the systems they experienced.
