8/30/25 FBL officially adds 1 30 second timeout per team each game (Can be used to sub) Players must still play at least 1 sub so you can't call a timeout and sub a player who hasn't played the minimum amount.
9/3/25 The first flex looks to be Wednesday the 18th obviously we will know more as the season approaches
10/21/25 Swim makeups start which limits games to 2 a week
