These Terms & Conditions govern the relationship between Fearless Detailing ("Fearless Detailing", "we", "our", or "us") and any customer ("you" or "the client") who requests, books, or receives our services.
By booking or making use of any Fearless Detailing service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
All services are provided strictly by appointment to ensure every vehicle receives the highest level of care and attention.
Bookings may be made through WhatsApp, social media platforms, email, or other approved communication channels. An appointment is only considered confirmed once written confirmation has been provided by Fearless Detailing.
While we strive to honour every scheduled appointment, we reserve the right to reschedule services due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to adverse weather conditions, water restrictions, load-shedding, equipment failure, safety concerns, or unforeseen operational delays.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the vehicle is available and accessible at the agreed location and time.
We understand that plans can change.
Cancellation requests should be submitted at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 20% of the quoted service value.
Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice may be treated as a no-show and may result in a cancellation charge and/or a deposit requirement for future bookings.
Appointments rescheduled with sufficient notice will not incur additional fees.
All prices are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR).
Published prices and package rates may vary depending on the vehicle's size, condition, contamination level, pet hair, staining, excessive neglect, or additional services requested.
Any additional charges will always be discussed and approved before work proceeds.
Quotations remain valid for seven (7) calendar days unless otherwise specified.
Payment is due immediately upon completion of the service unless alternative arrangements have been agreed upon in writing.
Accepted payment methods include EFT, cash, and other approved payment options. Proof of payment may be requested where applicable.
Prior to commencing work, Fearless Detailing may conduct a visual inspection of the vehicle and document any visible defects, damage, or areas of concern.
Customers are responsible for informing us of any known defects, previous repairs, resprays, modifications, electrical issues, or areas requiring special attention.
Fearless Detailing shall not be held liable for:
• Existing paint defects
• Stone chips
• Deep scratches
• Faded trim
• Weak clear coat
• Previous repair failures
• Electrical or mechanical faults
• Damage resulting from pre-existing conditions
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue a service if the condition of the vehicle presents a safety risk or prevents us from achieving a satisfactory result.
Vehicle detailing is designed to significantly improve the appearance, cleanliness, and protection of your vehicle.
However, detailing is not a restoration service and cannot guarantee:
• Complete scratch removal
• Permanent stain removal
• Complete odour elimination in severe cases
• Restoration to factory-new condition
Results may vary depending on the age, condition, and history of the vehicle.
Protection products offered by Fearless Detailing provide estimated durability periods based on normal vehicle usage and proper maintenance.
Actual performance may vary depending on environmental exposure, washing methods, storage conditions, mileage, and maintenance practices.
Customers are encouraged to follow all aftercare recommendations provided by Fearless Detailing to maximise the lifespan and performance of protective products.
Fearless Detailing exercises the highest level of care and professionalism while servicing your vehicle.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from our services shall be limited to the total amount paid for the service in question.
Fearless Detailing shall not be liable for:
• Loss of income or vehicle use
• Indirect or consequential damages
• Personal belongings left inside the vehicle
• Delays caused by weather or unforeseen circumstances
Fearless Detailing may photograph vehicles before, during, and after services for quality control, training, portfolio, and marketing purposes.
No personal information will be disclosed without consent.
Customers who do not wish their vehicle to appear in marketing content must notify Fearless Detailing before the service begins.
Nothing contained within these Terms & Conditions is intended to limit or exclude any rights afforded to consumers under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 or any other applicable South African legislation.
Where any provision of these Terms & Conditions conflicts with applicable law, the relevant legislation shall prevail.
Should a concern arise regarding any service provided, customers are encouraged to contact Fearless Detailing directly so that the matter may be resolved fairly and efficiently.
Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably shall be governed by the laws of South Africa and subject to the jurisdiction of South African courts.
Fearless Detailing reserves the right to amend or update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
The latest version will always be available upon request or published on our website.
Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms & Conditions.
