Do Not Mail Catalog Request

Description

This option is used to stop mailing print media upon customer request.

Instructions

Select the “Do not mail catalog” request option from the customer panel. Change the radio button from mailable to limited circulation or do not mail as necessary.

Details

•   Filled in radio button will determine the current status

•   Advise your customer it takes 90 days to completely stop receiving print media

•   The limited circulation option will send customer’s half of their normal mailings

•   Online registered customers can cancel print media online

•   The audit trail will display the date/time the customer was removed from the mailing list.

***We must advise the customer it will be 90 days before catalog will be stopped.***
