Description
At times, a package will not have tracking information available. When this happens, we need to confirm if the package was manifested.
A manifested package is one that was placed in a FedEx truck to be shipped to the customer.
A non-manifested package was never placed in a FedEx truck for shipment.
Instructions
1. Contact your supervisor and provide the invoice number and line item to confirm if the package was manifested.
If manifested, advise the customer to allow 21 consecutive days from the manifested date for the package to be delivered.
If not manifested, ask the customer to call back on the 21st day. If the 21st day has passed contact your Supervisor to process an adjustment.
