Miscellaneous Merchandise Adjustments - Hemming Fee

Description

Use the Misc. Merchandise adjustment to refund hemming fees on King Size pants.

Instructions

1. Confirm if the customer was charged for hemming by expanding the item details.

2. Place a check mark on the line item(s) and click “Check Item Options”.

3. From the ADJUSTMENTS dropdown menu, select MISC. MERCHANDISE.

4. Select the $ off radio button, enter $7.49 under invoice discount amount, select “ALTERATION/MONOGRAM FEE”, and key in a memo.

5. Offer the We Care gift card.
