Updates: List of January to October 2024 Coupon & January to Mid of October 2025 Codes, Catalog Viewer (10/15/2025), and Qbot Alerts (10/16/2025).
Description
All transactional emails will be sent from Global-E to customers. You can find these emails under the Logs tab.
Emails will include;
TIMING
Order Confirmation
At Order Placement
Order Shipped
When order is shipped to the end customer
Parcel Arrived in Destination Country
When Parcel has arrived within the Customer Shipping Country
Order Cancelled due to Out of Stock
When a partial or whole order is cancelled in merchant in-house system due to no stock availability.
Order Cancelled Due to Failed Fraud Check
When an order is flagged for fraud and fails the final review (within 8 hours of order placement)
RMA Created
When return is authorized; contains paperwork and ship labels.
Refund Notification - Appeasement of Non-Product
At time of processing
Refund Notification - Appeasement on Product
At time of processing
Refund Notification - Product Return
Refund issued once the product is received back and accepted merchant
