General Tab - Sending a Return Label
Updates: List of January to October 2024 Coupon & January to First of December 2025 Codes, Catalog Viewer (11/24/2025), and Qbot Alerts (11/26/2025).
At the bottom of your General tab there will be a Create Return option. Once you press the button, you will be redirected to the Global-e return portal. Pick any non-service failure reason to begin the return procedure.
Service failure item(s) should not be returned. Instead, a credit should be issued .
All return methods should be Standard. The label will then be sent via email to the email that was used to place the order.
