Description 

The General tab will give you all the information for the order. You can see the Status of the order, Payment and Shipping Details, Comments and even the items that got shipped out.

Details 

At the end of the page, you will have an option to cancel the order. We can only cancel orders that are not pulled and still available to cancel in GUI. You will need to cancel the order on GUI then cancel the order on Global-e. On this tab you may also have a return label sent to the customer’s email.
