The promotional codes can only be put on open phone orders. When in-process or shipped, inform the customer they can use the coupon on a future order.

Any amount over $200 will require a police report to be sent in with the affidavit.
The customer has called in and there is no tracking information, what do I do now?
If it has been 21 consecutive days, contact your supervisor to check if the package has manifested. If not, advise the customer the package may still be delivered and will need to wait until the 21st day to call back.

Natural disasters (hurricanes, tornados, snowstorms, wildfires, etc.) are not a service failure and no adjustment should be made for arriving late.
