Objective:
Please follow the procedure below when your customer states they have called multiple times requesting for us to not rent, do not sell, or completely delete their personal information from our system.
Ø Customer: “Hello, I called in multiple times to have my personal information removed, deleted, erased from your system!”
Ø Agent: “I’m sorry this is occurring, let me assist you with this issue.”
The customer can remove themselves from our system; Inform the customer, they can click on the bottom of brand in our websites for either option.
The customer can Submit a request by clicking on the Consumer Data Request Form.
If the customer is unable or declines the above procedure, we may provide the customer the number to Executive Communications for further assistance.
