How to Process Return Label (ONLINE)
1 Ask the customer to login on their online acct
2. Go to Order History
3. Click return Items
4. Checkmark the return item and state the reason of return
5. Click on returned selected items
6. and then click on download return label, click the PDF file and print
If NO option to print online
Customers can use and pay for their own label and we’ll refund them
