Customer’s Purchasing their own Label:
The ability to choose their carrier of choice
An Express code will also be generated with the prepaid return label for the customer for those without access to a printer (Please leave code in the customer’s memos)
If a return has been processed through the ordering brand or your customer has having difficulties with the process, you can process a second request for a code using the OSP brand.
Steps to Purchase Your Own Shipping Label:
Step 1: Input Order Number/Zip Code
Step 2: Select the items and reason for return
Step 3: Choose the Refund Method
Step 4: Click other options and click prepaid label (Option 2 if applicable)
Step 5: If complete, click Submit your return
Step 6: Provide Express Code to Customer and the leave the code in a Regular Memo.
Step 7: Memo in GUI
Extra Option: Sent to another email.
