Description 

Use the “Unregistered Customer” option when the customer is not registered and has not added items to the shopping bag. 

Instructions 

1. Access OOBO and click “Unregistered Customer” 

2. You will be directed to the website to start the order 

Details 

• Always ask your customer if they would like to register 

• An email address is required to place an order online. If the customer does not have an email address, submit a catalog request
