Place a new order using Salesforce. 

Instructions  

From the customer search screen, enter the required customer search information and press lookup. Follow the instructions below to determine the search option. 

1. Ask your customer if they are logged in 

1. If yes, search for the customer using the email address 

2. If no, ask them to log in and then search for the customer using the email address 

2. If not registered, request your customer to create a new account 

1. If the customer does not want to create an account, search for the customer using the basket ID number 

2. If no basket ID, use the unregistered customer button 

Details 

• An email address is required to place an order online. If the customer does not have an email address, submit a catalog request 

• The customer will need to wait for the printed media to arrive (7-10 business days) and call in to place an order on GUI
