You can take international orders on behalf of the customer. All charges, including taxes and custom duties, will be converted from $USD to their local international currency.
Instructions
Access OOBO using “Universal Cart” bookmark
Place the order as an “unregistered customer”
Add the items to the shopping bag
At checkout, click on the USA flag
Select the shipping country from the Global-e screen
Fill out the customer’s information on the Global-e portal
Accept the terms and conditions
Click “Submit Order"

Not every item is available for international shipping. Non-eligible items will be removed from the shopping cart at checkout.

Standard shipping typically takes about 8-12 business days and expedited about 5-7 business days; however, this may vary by country and location within country.
Customs clearance procedures may cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.

Items sold by third-party vendors, and backordered items are not eligible for international shipping
Shipping, returns, and bonus item(s) promotions not available
Gift cards, e-gift cards, Shopper’s Club, PLCC’s, and reward certificates cannot be purchased or used as payment methods
Billing and shipping addresses must match
All international orders must be placed as guest users.
Up to 25 items for International Orders
Orders should be under 999.99 to avoid not processing
A maximum combination of 10 Gift cards/Rewards can be placed per transaction
International orders will not display in a registered user's order history
They must be searched individually each time from the order history or order look up pages
Exchanges are not allowed; all items must be returned using the international returns policy
Return policy:
Customer Driven Returns: Sales are final after 60 days. Our goal is your complete satisfaction. If we have not delighted you, all unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise may be returned within 60 days from receipt. Returns received after 60 days will not be accepted. We recommend that you use your local postal service to facilitate the returns to our facility. Postal carriers have more flexibility in working with you to clear your items through Customs. We also recommend that you select an insured and trackable option as we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. Further, the customer is the exporter of record from the destination country and is responsible for all charges including freight, duties, and brokage costs incurred to return an item to Fullbeauty Fulfillment Center in the United States. Title and risk of loss are yours and only transferred to us once the product is received at our fulfillment center.
