At the start of your shift:
Swipe in at the nearest clock
Press the Log In button
Enter your 5-digit ID number on the keypad
Enter your 4-digit password
Press the VU Advisor. Button to ensure you keyed in the correct ID number
Press the Auto In button to start your incoming calls
Going to break:
Press AUX and the number 1 (can be pressed during a call)
Press the Timer button 15 minutes only.
Press the Auto In button to start incoming calls.
Going to lunch:
Press AUX and the number 4 (can be pressed during a call)
Press the Timer button, 45 minutes only
Immediately swipe out at the nearest clock
Swipe in at the nearest clock when your lunch is over
Press the Auto In button to start incoming calls
At the end of your shift:
Press AUX and the number 9 (can be pressed during a call)
Press VU Advisor button to view talk time
Press the Log Out button, then Release
Press the VU Advisor button to ensure it reads “AGENT NOT LOGGED IN”
Immediately swipe out at the nearest clock
