Course Objective
The objective of this course is to provide you with the tools and knowledge to use our computer system, customer service and sales skills, policies, procedures, and reporting functions to perform your job.
Training is application-oriented, aimed at teaching those functions which you will use more frequently in the performance of your job. Policies and procedures are addressed only to the extent necessary to support this focus.
Most of the time in the course will be spent learning our computer system functionality.
