The purpose of this training is to help you gain the qualifications, knowledge, and skills in the functions which will be specific to your responsibilities.
It will improve your effectiveness and productivity. It will allow you to develop the ability to progress further.
The training will create a motivated, skilled, and effective workforce through which our organizational goals will be achieved.
Course Objective
The objective of this course is to provide you with the tools and knowledge to use our computer system, customer service and sales skills, policies, procedures, and reporting functions to perform your job.
Training is application-oriented, aimed at teaching those functions which you will use more frequently in the performance of your job. Policies and procedures are addressed only to the extent necessary to support this focus.
Most of the time in the course will be spent learning our computer system functionality.
