Call avoidance is a major violation of FULLBEAUTY Brands company’s policies. 

The following are considered call avoidance scenarios, which may lead to disciplinary action: 

• Not answering the call promptly 

• Unnecessarily transferring the call 

• Placing the customer on mute or hold for a long period of time 

• Releasing the call inappropriately
