Postage Adjustment
Updates: List of January to October 2024 Coupon & January to First of December 2025 Codes, Catalog Viewer (03/23/2026), and Qbot Alerts (03/11/2026)).
Description
This procedure is used to adjust standard postage fees when a service failure has occurred.
Instructions
Click on “Order Options”
From the ADJUSTMENTS drop-down menu select POSTAGE
Select the adjustment percentage based on the amount of service failure
Key in a memo for the adjustment and offer the We Care Gift Card
Details
Adjust per customer request only when a service failure has occurred
Mixed shipments, Keying error, Damaged, Quality, Sizing issues, etc.
Exchanges placed online
Returned to sender not issuing postage
Shipping not charged correctly
Adjustments must be completed within 30 days of the delivery date
For Service Failures Only, after exhausting all resources using Happy Returns, advise the customer to return using USPS Standard Delivery
If $10.99 and under, use the postage adjustment to refund the out-of-pocket expense
If more than $10.99 the customer will need to fax or mail in a copy of the receipt for analyst review - fax number 1-866-810-8749
